Schaumburg Dance Ensemble Presents Nutcracker At Prairie Center– Chicagoland NW Suburban IL Real Estate & Community

Who doesn’t love a little arts and culture every now and then!

Here in Schaumburg we have plenty of happenings thanks to the Prairie Arts Center - well, coming up is it’s 16th Annual Nutcracker by the Schaumburg Dance Ensemble at the Prairie Center.

Tchaikovsky’s beautiful ballet, The Nutcracker will be performed December 3 -12 on Fridays at 7:30 pm, Saturdays at 2 pm and 7:30 pm, and Sundays at 1 pm and 5 pm.

This is a fun production that welcomes audience members of all ages – it is a classic that is synonymous with this time of year! For those who do not know the story – Clara, a young girl, who, on Christmas Eve, takes a dream-inspired journey to a land of twirling ballerina flowers, leaping Russians and much, much more!

There is a cast of over 140 performers, great costumes, fantastic sets and more! This has become very much a tradition for those in Schaumburg – tickets are reasonable too at only $26 for adults with discounts for children, students and seniors.

They really showcase the great community that we have here in Schaumburg!
