October is chock full of events and november is already looking to be busy – including, none other than that 2010 Environmental Fair which opens on November 13, 2010 at the Prairie Center for the Arts.

In it’s ninth year this annual even is co-hosted not just by the Village of Schaumburg but also by Hoffman Estates.

Doors open 9.30am – 3.30pm – come, bring your friends, neighbors and more for an all day fun outing to experience the natural world and better yet, the event is free!

Learn more about our environment, greening your home and emerging green technologies – including electric cars! There are unique displays, literature, information on restoration and conservation projects as well as wildlife rescue! There will even be exhibits of hybrid and alternative fuel cars from chaumburg Toyota and Schaumburg Honda.

Those who already live in Schaumburg know that the area is very environmentally concious and this event showcases many things going on in the area and in this great community.
